At Jireh, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use our services and want to delete your personal information, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to Your Jireh Account
- Visit our web app and log into your account.
- Use your registered email or phone number and password to log in.
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
- Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Delete Your Data
- In Settings, scroll to the Privacy & Data Management section.
- Click on "Delete My Account" or "Request Data Deletion".
- Confirm your action by entering your password or authentication code sent via SMS/email.
Step 4: Review the Impact of Deletion
Deleting your data means:
- Your account and all personal information will be permanently erased.
- You will no longer have access to any loan history or active applications.
- Outstanding loans must be fully repaid before your data can be deleted.
Step 5: Confirm Data Deletion
- After confirming, your request will be processed within 14 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your data has been permanently deleted.
